Make sure you write your member number down like they say. Earlier this year my smartphone completely stopped working. All my data was lost. However, I sent my number to support team and they were able to restore my whole Island and progress. Yay! (I was in Journal 2 and had completed over 100 scenes. It wasn't a trivial loss so I was very happy that my game was restored.)

And what happens if you don't write down your member/ID number? My wife has been playing for months and had paid for a number of items, she accidentally uninstalled the game and since has not been able to recover it (she has a record of PayPal payments for items but no ID number) ... what can she do?

While the game is loading, your number is on the bottom left hand side. Also it's in Settings, the cog wheel in the right upper area on the main screen.

@@hurdygurdyguy1 Has she contacted the game makers? There's a link under the game in the app store. Or she could re-install the game and use the Help link there. She needs to talk with Wooga. I am not a programmer nor employed by Wooga. Just a player of the game.

@@jacquelyns9709 Yes, indeed she contacted Wooga and they were very helpful (customer support should always be this good!!), she was able to provide them with the necessary information and they were able to recover her game! We have a happy household once again! I'm very impressed with Wooga's customer support!

I love the game so much but at times, more than once per day it gets frustrating Help Wanted even makes me angry, few examples: if I collect coins from the state after a couple days of not being needed, right away "collect coins from Estate". same for renovations, some times I don't collect during the day "just in case" but soon as I do BAM! Same with the clues and star boxes, for days I had lots of them so I opened them for energy, cards etc. guess what? You got it :) I'm seventy four, blood pressure problems and I have to stop playing and go cool down before I throw my device out the balcony. Other times, it's like the game wants to help me with progress and gives me several cases in a row that are the fastest and easiest ones. Anyway, I love love love the game. Sorry for the blah blah blah 💝💝💝💝💝

I enjoy the game and I'm trying to get it to download on my PC soon as I get it connected I don't know why it won't load on my phone Verizon says I have plenty of data that's okay I'm going to try to put it on my PC if y'all have PC thank you for the entertainment you kept my nerves calm I enjoyed it and I was hoping I could get it back to use it for screensaver but that's okay I guess I can start from the scratch I just miss out on everything I bought and all my extras my Snips I had all the old antique memory cards

So frustrating. I keep getting kicked out of the 'not so cute and quaint church anymore', everytime I go to watch the video (ad) I get put back to my desktop. Same with Junes latest episode. I spend 30 points/dollars to try twice and everytime I try to go to the attic to find the neice, I get sent out of the game again, losing the 30, so at the moment not making progress.
