Holy hell $65 for unlimited lobster?? This right here is my heaven!!! Honestly though I can only do 2 1 1/2lb lobsters before I’m out lol. I always wanted to try broccolini and finally got the chance 2 months ago and made it at home it was FANTASTIC! Up until I had a SEVERE allergic reaction less than an hour later at work and my face swelled up my sinuses closed up on me and my throat started closing. Definitely my most sever allergic reaction yet and the last 2 years I’ve had 5 different SEVERE allergic reactions and each one was to something different. It’s been interesting to say the least lol. I actually want to come to Vegas just to eat here. Anywhere that sells unlimited lobster and stands by the unlimited part of it deserves every bit of business. ❤ thank you for sharing with us Joel!!

It's super easy to overcook boiled lobster. Plus they keep cooking with the residual heat while waiting to be eaten. The broiled lobster Tails are set atop the shell before broiling, so they cool quicker and don't overcook quite so fast. Overcooked lobster turns into rubber and is very tough to chew.
