Hey Jeff, I just stumbled onto your channel and am amazed by your content and more by the significant shift in mindset i’ve gained from these videos! A question for you given your experience as a recruiter at Google: I recently graduated undergrad at 24 due to changing my major. Since then, I have discovered my passion for programming and am working on honing my skillet through personal projects through I am yet to gain industrial exp. Can someone of my background receive a full time software engineer role, solely based on Personal projects and what can I focus on to improve? ( considering many interview questions surround prior exp) Thanks!

@Neharr__15, you absolutely can find a job without a formal degree in programming, this is becoming more and more common. Because you have a unique background, really work to network your way into positions. Good luck!

I had my interview today with the hiring manager and have scheduled the other interview. Your videos were completely helpful. What are the other type of interviews if you can share. It’s for a non tech position working with 3PL teams

@Lamar980, I can't say for sure what interviews you will encounter unless I know the company and then maybe! All I can tell you for 3PL roles is be ready to handle questions around challenging supply chain scenarios you have faced and how you would handle certain scenarios if you encountered them on the job.
