Me while listening to the intro: This intro is sick Woolie right as the video starts: OMG how sick is that intro! That being said, that's a pretty darned adequate intro.
@Guitar-Dog5 жыл бұрын
Was there a cover of a Tekken son in it? (I knew the Tekken stage theme, think it's the cathedral in T7) but it seemed like a different composition x
@john-lukepickarde73825 жыл бұрын
@@Guitar-Dog I don't think I noticed that. I mostly noticed Soul Calibur and some others.
@meowinator5 жыл бұрын
@@Guitar-Dog I'm not familiar with t7 so much but the Tekken theme I recognized was Snow Castle - it's in T5 and TTT2. The violin is way more prominent in the T5 version so its probably clipped from there.

Man, I feel like the worst guy ever for asking for this, but, I really need subtitles to understand Toby and the auto-generated ones aren't good enough. I have auditory processing issues as-is so, Toby being a little quieter and obviously having problems pronouncing words entirely clearly just collides with my brain that can't figure out how to tell what sounds are words especially with the game audio playing over it as well. TBH I'm missing a lot of what everyone is saying.

Hey Woolie, I bought a Hori RAP 4 fightstick a few months ago, and I was happy with it overall. Then I saw your video talking about how you don't like the feel of Hayabusa parts. So I decided to buy a Sanwa lever, buttons and octagonal gate just to try them out and see which felt better to me; and I gotta say, you were right. The Sanwa parts do feel a lot tighter and more precise. This series came at the perfect time for me. It's been fun trying to take fighting games more seriously even though I'm still horrible.

Good title woolie! Haven't watched this yet but would love mechanic tutorials for fighting games... Thinking about getting into a few (I only play Tekken at the minute) but, you love fighting games so please make a series explaining the mechanics for example Tekken; Low mid high 10 frame being "1 unit" Floating Tech catches Unbloackables Korean backdash Something like that for a part of the FGC that might not be involved with the specific game

I wish more fighting games had tutorials like arc system games and killer instinct for newcomers. You're kinda screwed on trying to learn Street fighter and Tekken if you don't know anybody or live close to people who play. Main games like that should have better tutorials to teach newcomers the basics and where to start on their own

I hate to be that guy, but subtitles would have been kind of nice because the strats he's explaining about Guard damage, his accent and his speaking mannerisms are making it a little difficult to understand so I have to keep rewinding to try and make out what he's saying. Lol. Super nice guy and a killer player, but a player looking to improve might have some difficulties understanding his advice.

I've had a few issues with this game in it's downgrading of characters to justify the burst state, the character customization being a step down from the game before it, and the rock paper scissors that really shouldn't be an entire aspect of any fighting game. And that's not even mentioning the Groh hype. Sweet Jesus Vernandez, we get it. He's so -edgy- intense, aloof, and powerful. A Joestar if ever there was one.

@Sophron-xo8wp5 жыл бұрын
Dunno how this series is supposed to be a replacement for FNF. Absolutely fire intro but the avg gameplay mostly devoid of any commentary or shittalking or that other good stuff just makes the whole vid boring. Only guy in this with any sort of personality or presence is, as usual, Woolie, and he contributes when off the controller but says nothing while he's on unless it's between rounds.
