I think the dough would be too soft if you didn't add enough flour! Though soft and sticky might be two different problems... you could also try refrigerating it before shaping it and maybe that would help the dough be harder!

Thanks Elaine 🥰 I'm going to try it again this week. It honestly turned out really good still, I was surprised. Hopefully next time I can get it a little more fluffy! Great tips!!
