If the AIT is longer than 4 months or so, the spouse can be on the soldiers orders and they can both PCS to where the AIT is. I knew of married soldiers living with their spouse/families in on-base housing.

What should I do if we’re already married and he’s going to graduate soon, Should I get ready to move closer to time when he graduates? Or will they give him a few days to help?

if you're married they will pay for your move, all you have to do is decide where you will live (off base or on base) but you can do that once he receives his orders.
