The things you have said I have done a lot except resume name, but the search appearances is zero and no recruiters contacts me yet since last 8 months as I am an immediate Joiner. And yes the another thing I will say that 99% companies don't recruit the candidates who have the salary packages more than 6 LPA for 4 years experience, because their budget is not more than 6 LPA,so how they will contact you if your package was more than 6lpa. Bloody Poor minded HRs. 🤬🤬🤬.
