My name is Mac Frederick and I used to work for Google in the Ads Department. Now I run an 8-figure marketing agency that helps hundreds of small businesses rank higher on Google with SEO and get more customers with Google Ads.

Google Local Service ads, also known as Google Guaranteed ads, are a valuable tool for small businesses seeking to increase their lead generation efforts and enhance visibility in local search. Optimizing profiles and actively managing leads is equally vital to maximize success.
1. Optimizing Your Profile:
- Fully setup and complete your LSA profile = This is for verification purposes but also having all relevant info about your business. Then you will need a background check and potentially insurance document, license, & more.
- Optimize your GMB AND Your LSA Profile = Provide comprehensive and accurate information on your Google My Business profile, including services, service areas, business hours, and contact details.
- Use High-Quality Images = Use high-resolution images to showcase your business and services, grabbing the attention of potential customers.
- Get More GMB & LSA Positive Reviews = Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews, boosting credibility and trustworthiness.
- Add Services & Details = You can choose all the sub categories about your business and make your profile stand out more with business specialties, propositions and more.
- Budget, Bidding, & Geo = Optimize your hours, location targeting, bidding method, and budget to get more impressions.
2. Manage Leads Proactively
- Prompt Responses = Respond promptly to leads received through Google Local Service ads, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.
- Detailed Responses = Provide detailed and helpful responses to inquiries, addressing concerns and offering solutions to build trust.
- Consistent Follow-Up = Follow up consistently with potential customers to keep them engaged and interested in your services, utilizing email marketing or CRM software to stay organized.

Please make a playlist of google ads series, and google ads types for beginner how to setup account how to manage clients what type of google ads should we run etc .. Will be very helpful, i did facebbok ads but they are not of good quality, and thinking to start with google but it seems hard ...

dont understand how one of your tips was to actively move the leads through the stages, but you had a ton of leads in the new stage and said you're actively managing this profile? am i missing something?
