There is a warning "Your access has been suspended because this profile doesn’t follow the guidelines. Edit your business info, and learn how to regain access" like they don't show or indicate WHAT was violation.. absurd

Its absurd I was creating a new listing for a new business i filled out the requested info and was immediately suspended without ever going live .. i even verified teh business with their phone

Mine was suspended and i earn from it i message smartethics about 4:30 amd about 7:49 and account was back to normal with great engagements

I got mine suspended change a few detials and i appealed still nothing, not untill i message smartethics who help me out i message him after a few minutes i gave hik few Info about the ACCt and swiftly my account was fixed all thanks to Smartethics my business acct is doing great now

Google ruined my business. They wrongfully suspended my account. I cannot appeal because they do not recognize my account. Cannot wait until Musk creates an opposition platform.You CANNOT reinstate a registered business that GOOGLE do NOT recognize, however they recognize it enough to suspend it. Morons

Social media updates were showing up in GBP (Instagram posts etc.) when this new feature was announced by Google but we couldn't find any GBP where they're still showing up. Are you seeing any GBPs where the social media posts (not just links) are showing up?

Hi, i followed the same process, the same kind of messages popped up and then I tried to do the same manually but error message is coming,{error related to the child page creation} .Can you please help.

I’ve have the same issue it gives me the error : “Your business is not visible to customers” I go through the process to reinstate it , clicking “take action” in the help center > “Confirm your account” > “select business profile” > I choose my business name,> I get ":no info found" on the last page. At this point it taking me in circles. I've reach Google with no response.

Hi Mac, thank you for your informative video. Perhaps you or someone else here could help me with an issue adding services to a GBP that i am unable to resolve. None of the videos, articles on support.google.com, general search results, etc. that i have looked at/read give any explanation about service names rejected by Google. Everywhere it looks as simple as what you are doing in this video, which is also the way i expected it to work. But my reality is far from it. I have in fact written up a problem description that i posted to the Google Community but i am not having any luck with a reply. My biggest problem is i am at this stage unable to support my clients because of this annoying issue. I have an issue on more than one GBP where the Services that i configure are never 'accepted'. I say 'accepted' because, even if i choose the Service names that Google suggests, these Services are not accepted either so i am unable to add/edit/delete Services from the profiles i am working on. I have consulted numerous support articles, support.google.com/business/answer/3038177 support.google.com/business/answer/3039617 support.google.com/business/answer/9455399 None of these articles provide any clues why my edits are not accepted. For example, one of the businesses i am supporting, RDC TV and Appliance Repairs Centre, falls in the "Appliance repair" category. So i should be able to add a Service "TV repair". Evidently "TV Repair" is one of the suggested Services in the editor. However, when i add "TV repair", and i click Save my edit goes to pending review which is normal. If i leave it for some time and i go back to check if my edits are saved i am instead presented with a message "Services were changed based on feedback from Google users or other sources. Review these published updates to make sure they are accurate.", and i can click "edit/ok". If i click "ok" my edits are discarded. If i click "edit" my edits are unselected, like "TV repair". I can select "TV repair" again and click Save, but this goes into an endless loop. I have tried doing these edits using different computers running different operating systems, Windows and Linux, and i have tried different browsers, Chrome and Firefox, but the problem persists. I have also added someone else as a Manager on the profile and asked them to try edits but the same problem persists. The Google support articles i linked, as well as other resources that come up from general Google searches, all, in a nutshell, tell me that the services that one configures on a GBP have to be inline with the business, for example an ice cream shop won't be allowed to add a service "TV repair", but that is about all the reasons i can find why a service that one configures won't be accepted. Which tells me that the service "TV repair" tat i am adding, as also suggested by Google, should be accepted. I have also created a document screenshotting the entire process, which i will gladly share with anyone to try and get some answers.
