They did say they will not be allowing playbook changes in online h2h outside of Dynasty and CUT, their reasoning was, everyone would just use the good teams with the best playbooks, this forces people to use the teams with good playbooks over the teams with the best players. Which I think is a good move personally.

@@thechippycardinal I’ve seen this play, it’s a glitch play. You have to user it or blitz it heavy to stop them before they can throw it. It’s a bugged play that hopefully they fix soon

I haven’t tested a ton yet to give a super solid answer, but In every Madden game usually spreading your d line/crashing them out gets better pass rush from your edge rushers

Love the game but they need to fix this. We should have to run a 3-3-5 just to possibly give us a chance. The problem is the user team is basically handicapped and don’t respond properly to coverages or plays. They all have assignments and gaps they should cover. Nope. They just do nothing and miss a ton of tackles. I’m loving the game but this really needs to be addressed. Along with not having mass subs, being able to edit appearances on cpu generated players in dynasty, blocking cluelessness, and the suck in blocks the computer does. You can NOT get off blocks too often lol.

If they’re using hot blitz, the flats on both sides are weak. This defense is weak against the jet reverse passes, also weak against mobile qbs. And if they come out in a base cover 3 in this formation, like any other formation. Cover 3 is weak up the seams

Playing dynasty vs the cpu, you don’t have time to move all these people around especially with all the hurry up the cpu runs. There’s no way this is possible. So some game play vs dynasty cpu

The most important adjustment is to pinch the line and linebackers which only takes like a second, if you have time to bring players down that’s just a plus. You can also just show blitz which brings players down but is risky if they don’t run and have streaks on the field

NCAA 25 Defense is broken. The AI(opponent) defense moves the way you would expect your AI characters to move. The broken part is your defense, AI characters, as you can individually control all of your defense at one time, i digress, your AI team members do not move like the AI defense your playing against. The only time the AIL defense plays like your AI team members is if you put the setting on Freshman then and only then will the AI defense play like your AI team members. You would think changing the setting to All American or Heisman your AI Team members would behave the same as the computers(the Opponent) AI team. I understand increase the difficulty but making your AI team members act oblivious that they are actually playing a game is not making it difficult it is taking the realism out of the game. FIX IT you generic coders. And bring back the realism NCAA 13 brought to us.

Yep they definitely get worse as the difficulty goes up. In Madden I actually sometimes felt like playing on pro difficulty with sliders was the best gameplay wise to make it difficult and realistic. I’m still trying to find good sliders to play the computer on this game
