I haven't seen anyone say they got in PVE so I would say still yes. Only deviants found in the wild are crossing over like the bee.

Nice - shame he isn't available on PVE servers anymore. Also you missed the room opposite the stairs you jump to for a Gear Chest before the final boss.

yep but, only in pvp servers

Yes any mode will work, higher chance to get one if running hard or pro
