"Releasing music consistently" on Spotify in order to get on Editorial playlists is the same silly ruleset that IG etc uses to hold back your content when you don't post every day or multiple times per day (reels etc). It's all about using these platforms and punishing you for not using them, it's not about the quality (or lack thereof) of your content or art. It truly is time for someone with the right funding to make a platform where these self serving rules no longer apply. I miss the days when hashtags actually worked and directed where your content showed up in various feeds.

yea bro i started listening to bedroom pop and i got on one after i made a bedroom pop song and it was my first and only editorial but it was personalised. I'm a christian bedroom pop artist and its still my dream playlist to get on

I'll definitely get a video on that going! But to summarize, you need access to Spotify for artists which you can request by going to the Spotify for artists website! Only upcoming releases are eligible to be pitched
