There were Iraqis that joined the occupation of America to overthrow Saddam. They lived to regret it. Libyans were duped by NATO propaganda to overthrow their leader as well. They lived to regret this too. In 2021 Bashar won his election with 89% of the vote. So if he was so unpopular surely the 80% hyper-majority would have elected his opposition instead, no?
