the game really needs some kind of dishonor system when you bot out. especially you shouldn't be able to come back to the game when you're gone for more like 3-5min. ofc things can happen irl that require your attention longer, but then you should still accept a punishment in the form of maybe 15-30min of not being able to join another game. you could even go harder on that with like 60min since games can be rather long on average

I think it would be a cool idea to not let them join another game until the game they left ended. Not sure how their system would track it or if that would be too much strain on their servers but I always thought that would be an interesting idea

They could have an option to be a rescue player and jump in whenever someone bots out. Whoever's hanging around the lobby can offer to replace the player. It could work like a change in the leadership of the army, the general was replaced by admiral so and so, and the game goes on.

Nah, people have vendettas after they die, i dont want to win a 1v1 with blue, then be recovering afterwards, and all of a sudden red bots and now i HAVE to fight/ eat an EXTRA suicide from an uninvolved player. Good idea in theory though, i think the simpler solution (surprisingly) would be to fix the bots AI to be more in line with actually trying to win the game, which honestly is very possible given where we are with machine learning

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. My last two games I was in the 1 v 1 and something happened and I couldn’t place my troops or end my turn. I could click everywhere else except on the country where I wanted to put my troops.

I do, but if it means I have to stall the game out when it's already over I will just end it. If I can clean the board though I definitely do

At what time of day at which time zone do you get these games where everyone bots out willingly? I have been playing for months and I never get more than one player botting out early and the games tend to last hours upon hours - I'd like a few quick games too!

@@unluckygamer692 I am very picky for the settings. I don’t allow alliances, demand fog and progressive cards, and also check if the host or other people in the lobby start ringing any bells for potential collaboration like same country or automated names. If possible, I’d choose a game with no Novices allowed, although sometimes I have ended up in collaborators lobbies that way, when they are grinding for big rank points boosts off of me. I usually play from 10 pm to 5 am GMT+2.

I feel the same way. I see all these games with the noob lobby and when I play these settings I always have 3 master+ ranked opponents and maybe 1 intermediate that doesn't know what he's doing

Update: Ho ho, the very next day I finally got to snowball into my first 35 minute victory parade which also happened to be the game that took me to Grandmaster level rank points. Lucky me! xD

Turn Alliances on for optional fog, then people can ally up right away and see the board to pick smarter caps so they won't bot out when they find someone else's cap in their way.
