dd donki music keeps me out of the store. Only japanese stuff in there. I looked for units around the sukhumvit bts line. I found a few 7-10 year old units for 35k to 60k per sq meter. If you are renting to thais they look for around 200 bhat per sq meter in bangkok. Any time they guarantee 5-8 percent know that it is probably a bad investment imo. Never compare thai prices with american prices. I am in the process of buying one now and the price is far lower than what you found there and it is in a much better location imo. Be careful unless you like it for your own personal use because you will probably have it for life. Thanks for the video and have a good day!

So if you don't mind my asking, what is the name of the places that you found that are near the BTS lines??
@paulhefner28139 ай бұрын
@@georgeandy6923 there are many complexes. some are extremely large and others are less than 100 units. I prefer the smaller communities. Anywhere from bang chak to the naval academy. The problem after bearing is that some places do not have good facilities or shops or anything of interest. Samrong has a big c super center, but not much else. I was looking for a 5 minute walk to the bts station, decent facilities, supermarkets, food courts and shops. I spoke with many agents and most are not trustworthy so know what you want and your budget. Facebook has some decent listings and some bad ones too. I met one guy who scheduled some viewings with me then when he arrived he could not show the units, and then he claimed that he owned 100 units. This is thailand so be cool. You never win an argument in thailand as a farang. Just know what you want and your budget. Enjoy and good luck!

Very interesting. Who knew all these things can be just north of Pattaya. Definitely a cool and diverse place to visit. Those condos look great. Too bad Chambery is sold out, I'm sure that would have been nice to see. When you say "If you buy it they will guarantee 5% for 3 years", what do you mean? Please explain. $4 Mil TB isn't bad, about $112,000 USD for the 2 bedroom. I like that.
@Roof_Pizza9 ай бұрын
5% guarantee for 3 years means they will TRY to rent it out for you for 3 years and you will be guaranteed a 5% return whether they rent it out or not. So ~16,500 TBH per month, After 3 years the units will probably depreciate heavily. If you wanted to go that way you'd probably be better off waiting the 3 years and buy a used condo then.

It’s crazy how in America women want a tan. In Thailand there’s a massive amount of racism amongst Thais. My wife is dark and she faced it her whole life. It’s nuts. If you are dark skinned you are low class. My wife gigs gas taxi drivers make comments because they can’t believe she lives in our village when it first opened up before she met me. Because of this women are taught to stay as white as possible. It’s infuriating to me when my wife tells me the things she’s experienced. It’s one of the dark aspects of Thai culture. If you are dark you are a farmer in the minds of the “light skinned class” Yeah that’s a thing and it peaked its head into your video. Sorry about all the auto correct mistakes.

I grew up in an alternate reality in orange county ca. My best friend in high school was one of two black people in my school. We had a few Samoan families and a lot of Vietnamese (most in the USA) Also many of the relocated Japanese from WW2 were in OC and don’t forget the Mexican population. Zero racism, at least I never saw it or thought its as there. I don’t go for that weird color hate. I see that it’s unique mostly because there were no big city vibes or low income areas. It wasn’t till I started traveling the country that I got exposed to big city’s and seeing this stuff. It’s weird how it works and how people of all colors have pre conceived notions about each other. I roller speed skated for 20 adult years. Because of this I got to travel to many states, competed in 39 and for most of that time I had long hair and wore hard rock t shirts. People thought I was a partier. I never drank or smoked pot. I carried a basketball with me and often times I would get a bunch of other skaters to go to a park and play if we all stayed an extra day after a competition. It might seem weird that skaters would be good at bb. The thing is skaters have incredible vertical leaping ability. At least the good ones. So we would be in a park with well, dudes that play basketball in the park often times violence happened and every single time we played the long haired dude was the only one of those skater dudes that didn’t get picked on. Yes played in Detroit. (Roller skating was huge in Detroit, skating station in canton, Fenton, Farmington hills, so many rinks) I’m telling you I fit in every time. It wasn’t till I got my haircut that I started getting people of a darker color to start treating me like just another white guy. Hell even white people treated me different. Pre judgement. It’s lame. We all do it to an extent. I don’t think that’s horrible or unnatural, prejudging to put yourself in a higher class? That’s bad no matter what country you are in. Sorry for the long winded ADHD fuelled story.

Greeny, you are a reasonable man, don't you think that sushi bites with the fish on top of the rice should be a lot smaller, maybe even half the size, I don't understand why this restaurants are forcing the people to stuff their faces with huge pieces that cant usually fit in a normal mouth ? It's not appealing, you cant enjoy it fully and it doesn't make sense when they clearly can put half the size of rice and fish so people take smaller bites that don't fall from the sticks or break in the way to the mouth which is always the case. Look at the swedish, they created mini small balls and IKEA always have lines of hungry people waiting in their stores to get them. Why does everyone has to copy tradition when maybe the original item was flawed and could be improved upon, of course don't try to convince a Japanese sushi restaurant master that perhaps he should modify the millennial recipe. I can guarantee you that whoever opens a mini sushi restaurant will be successful and the people will say, duh...it was so obvious. If you want I'll move to Thailand and you and me partner in this great idea of mine😂, Ok, don't eat too much and try to learn how to pick up real sushi with the sticks without dropping it. 😅😅😅😅
