The horses are their responsibility. The lady blue guard can teach them a few lessons on how to protect their horses and the tourists from the horses that bite. I find it frustrating when on one end you have a guard enforcing the rules and not on the other end. jmo

Guard should be ashamed, embarrassed that the police had to move those people who could easily be hurt if the horse moved forward quickly, as horses can do for varieties of reasons. You see wonderful troopers who respectfully tell people to move outside the line which they should already respect withiut being told.

The only disrespect here is from the guard. He disrespected himself and his colleagues that try to enforce the rules. He just sat there...how can you call yourself a guard when you can't even guard yourself! This is NOT the officers job, they are there for public safety and watching for terrorism activity.

Every one below seems to be an expert. The guards are not supposed to talk, their main responsibility is the horse. The police you see are not members of the Metropolitan Police service but Ministry of Defence. Must admit they do seem pretty lax when dealing with these idiot tourists.
