Honestly basketball helps as a goalkeeper it helped me jump higher,helped me catch more shots and helped me extend my arms more while diving for a ball.⚽️+🏀=💪

Hello my dear Iam from afghanstan and sorry if i made any mistake in my speeling My dear Iam good goal keeper i wont leave the ball even if i die i not scared but iam alittle fat not more but a little so as you know if you fat keeping the ball any way is easy so for me i got the ball any way any place but my only problem is the middle of my legs😢 I always got goal from middle of my legs i even saw you video and the position but i always got goal Today me and my friends had a football game with the class 7.1. We are 7.2. Grade after the time of school I got defend 24 shoots with 3 penalty and 4 fawl and hand ball But i got 7 goals all at the middle of my legs ant 1 vs 1 I have no one to train with me even i have a privet footsall not football i am only kid so its too hard for me to train alone i tried my best always but the middle of my legs ohhhhhhh I always goal from there there are very less times that i got defend at the middle of my legs I dont scared of hard shoots even 3 times my left hand had broked i have the a cup of gold cause i got defend 11 shootes in 3 sec again 3 sec One shoot 3 second afo another shoot i defend 11 times like this Iam grade 7 seven but iam better than a goal keeper from grade 12😂😂😂😂 Sorry from my long comment i hope you can help me Thanks With respect Modaber Hakimi

just try to cover it by your legs and avoid spreading legs too much and replace it by low dives (best tip to not get in situation 2 balls save 1 ball)

There’s no technique that can do that. You just need to be brave and hope the ball doesn’t hit your balls. The chances of the ball hitting your balls are a lot lower than you think as the attacker is mainly looking to hit the ball around you rather than through you
