Only part way through the interview but all of these editions that Wells re-edited and re-approved reminds of George Lucas and his re-edits of the original Star Wars trilogy. LOL Lucas has said Wells was influential for him but who knew this is what he meant?! 😂

I'm sure when Wells wrote his novels, versioning was done over years even after versions were released. I doubt there were ARCs and the processes in place we have today.
