Thx for the video. We got suspended and Amazon simply won't tell us exactly what we did. They simply said "Based on your Account Health Rating, your Amazon seller account has been temporarily deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement" How can we craft a POA if they don't tell us what we did?

I dropshipped from Amazon to Ebay for years. Stopped about a year ago after Amazon started canceling my orders. I've been doing RA/OA FBA since Sept 2021 with no issues. Do I need to worry about a Section 3 suspension from past dropshipping activity?

Hi Bryan! Hope you are doing well! This is my case: Temporarily suspended for Section 3 patent infringement without appeals yet. How can I send the POA to them? I meant the reactivate my account button is not displayed. I still have the Submit new information active but with some options: (I am drop shipper and not drop shipper) but none of them related to the POA. TIA for your comments!

Sounds good I’m on the verge of being suspended for 3 IP complaints going to try and get this last one dropped but seems to be hard to predict who is going to file a complaint against you until they do even with both IP software I’ve got. Right now if the tariff wasn’t so high I’d go drop shipping lol

You need a good POA that explains you’ve never had another account.
