Got the manhunt mission done on PC after the servers went back up. But on the Xbox side been having problems. The first part, of course, is a bounty. Well, there are none to be had in that area. So, I got one after saving hostages from a public execution. But that sent me to the West. Of which it was one of 5 other heroic bounties. Of which I spent the better part of an hour doing all of them. One to clear the area & two for $$ to buy named items. After doing so, I went back to the Southwest. And still couldn't get a bounty in that area. Not to mention that several times last night, I would get disconnected from the servers. Hopefully, tonight will be different.

Change the difficulty down to Hard and public executions will give you a bounty in that area

Based on experience with year 4/5/6 game development it will be a recycled existing mission just with more bullet sponge, robots and the like, as in the past manhunts/incursion/legendary. I wonder why they can’t make an interesting agent mission. The game is deemed to be a virus postapocalypse agent game!!!

according to voice lines in game files, parnell has been kidnapped by the hyenas, who got a new boss set up by black tusk. dunno if that's for the climax mission or some other future mission
