Correction...not everyone, those in India are still restricted until further notice even if persons there are holders of valid COPR or expired ones..

I know about the India situation but that is an exception. I didn't mention it because it was not even stated on the Government of Canada's website when they released this news. But you are right, there is a restriction on people from India.
