Scalp massages are great for stimulating blood flow to the scalp and spreading oil from your scalp to your hair! Back in the day, ladies did this by brushing their hair 100 times a day (the arm workout 😅). I love your videos, it feels like I'm spending time with an older sister, thank you so much, truly. Retinol can cause purging. Snail can cause breakouts especially if allergic to dust mites or shellfish. Niacinamide can irritate some people and cause breakouts. So time to do an elimination trial 😊❤ Gotta love a self care day! We do recover 💜😺

May I recommend a "Wet" brush? And possibly a leave in conditioner, serum or detangler? Both have preserved my fragile hair to get it to grow past shoulder length while still looking healthy. I used to use It's a 10! spray (which also has heat protectant) but I started using Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum to combat frizz & it has made such a difference in my hair growing longer before getting damage or breaks. ❤

The sol dejanerio is a leave in and the brush I was using does the same thing as the wet brush. I've seen a lot of people say it works better than the wet brush but I've never tried that one. Also the chi is the heat protectant ❤

Hey, something that has helped my hair grow a ton is washing my hair upside down and rinsing with ice cold water. It really does stimulate hair growth. Another tip is buy pure organic undiluted rosemary oil, instead of doing a pre wash treatment, wash your hair once regularly and then for your second wash mix a couple drops of the rosemary oil in your hands with the shampoo. Let the shampoo sit in your hair for atleast 3 minutes in the shower. Washing and rinsing your hair upside down will also help with body acne

Try not to spray too much in the hair. It can be a little drying from the alcohol in it. You can still use it but try not to go too crazy. I try to spray above my head and let it fall down onto my hair a bit. But you are right hair holds scent really well! Love your videos girl ❤

I’ve discovered body oils that you apply to wet skin….. I prefer that over lotions. Also for back acne… it helped when I switched to sensitive laundry detergent, no softener and wash after 2 uses…

For me i learned the stuff that works in my hair but makes my back breakout is from the conditioner resting on my back while i let it sit. So i keep a claw clip in the shower to put my hair up while im letting the conditioner sit and i havent had a breakout since. So i 10/10 recommend using a clip

Hi! Didn’t you recently get surgery? I’m a Cosmetologist (tho i don’t work in it currently but i am still obsessed with researching hair/skincare) and in school we were taught that about 6 months after a phyiscally traumatic event (surgery) you may experience temporary hair loss as your body re-adjusts. Definitely get a doctor to check it out, but from my understanding that is fairly normal. Edit: snail mucin is technically an essence so it should be used after washing your face, after toner if you use one but before serums
