Dear Spencer, You've made my self confidence go through the roof. From grade 5 to grade 7 I was super insecure about my body. I always thought I had a big stomach, big ears, thick thighs and hairy arms. I am so so grateful for have finding your youtube channel and for all the videos you make! I always put on so much makeup because I though I looked ugly without it. Now, I am so confident in my body. I wear crop tops and bikinis and I'm not embarased or insecure about it.
