ok i'm about to cry, my friends who i have been hanging out with for 2 years always hangout without me and i don't know what to do because at school they are the funniest and kindest people EVER but outside of school i'm always being left out. i want to say something about it to them but i'm scared to be dropped by them. this video really made me think its ok to not have friends as long as i enjoy high school and get good grades ill be fine!! thank you so much spencer for being the sweetest human on earth and helping people like me to feel confident xx

Love the video Spencer! As an introverted woman who hated high school and just wanted to go home, I still agree with the things mentioned. And I just wanted to add, a lot of the things she is mentioning do not have to stop after high school. You can continue doing them as an adult, in college, at your job, out and about, etc. And as far as joining clubs and doing things with people, even if you are not in school and have work instead, still try and be a part of things. Yes, it depends on your circumstances and it's important to take time to be by yourself, but go to your local events, go to a pottery or painting class, just do things if you can. Say yes. I'm trying to be better at that.

I'm currently struggling with fitting in at my school and I'm considering switching schools even though it's already September. It sucks to feel so lonely and excluded all the time. Not gonna lie, hearing you say that you struggled with the same things and switched schools is extremely comforting. You of all people shouldn't have to go through that because you're an amazing human, but knowing that even one of my role models was neglected in high school helps me know that even though I'm alone right now, it's not always gonna be this bad. @@nicolewallacefan i can understand and relate to how you feel and trust me it will get better. even i dont have friends in all of my classes and its hard seeing others hang out while you're just sitting there observing and wishing you had that. for me, i have a few friends but none of them think of me as a priority. They all have their bestfriends who they'd prefer over me. im almost like a backup friend and it sucks. most of the people in my high school are so bad i would rather not have any friends than talk to them atp but do you have friends outside class?

Here is a perfect talking-make up routine! Every other girl I see just pause their talking to show of the products they use. Spencer did it perfectly and genuinely❤ with no interrupting! About the first day of school comment and being nervous, I’m a freshman and I literally had a mini panic attack the night before and it took me a bit to fall asleep but I was so scared nobody would feel scared or nervous but my friends comforted me and here we are about 3 weeks later, and I’m living my best life. I’m in show choir and theater and choir and life is great
