Your concert program was so great, I loved of course the scarlatti sonatas and the chopin waltz, but i was so impressed with your interpretation of Clara Schumann Mazurka and Schumanns Davidsbündlertänze, after the concert I read a lot about their lifes to understand my own emotions I had while listening, I can't thank you enough for your great performance, and it was so great to meet you after the concert, can't wait to see you again in Dresden and see you play it again, and I love that you want to perform there Schumanns Kinderszenen :)

I personally love your videos. The mix of talking, playing the piano and silence. There is much to perceive through silence also. I could recognize you were feeling sensitive before you said you were sensitive to the lights. The raw and authentic nature of your videos are very appealing. As for the fortune cookie. Good to hear that you were happy with the second part of the concert - from what I heard people liked it a lot! Sokolov is said to be very picky with his pianos - so this one must have been really good! Heard him about two weeks ago in Herkulessaal - great concert! The same hall where I heard you live the first time, too - was very nice! Think a musician is their own biggest critic, audience usually doesn't really care so much for the single note and more for the overall experience!

Another musician I follow was also just in Germany and commented on how much he loves the parks in Berlin. Coincidence? No, nature is just awesome. I'm very glad you had a friend to talk to during the intermission and it sounds like the overall experience was good. I agree with your friend, I do think you are meant to be a performer. There's something so different and magical about the way you play Arabeske here versus how you did in the past. And it's way different from any other recording I've heard so far from any other musician. There's something more drawn out and measured here that really captures the winding melody with a really unique sense of timing. It's hard to put into words, but there's something special about it. It's like time passes a little slower or differently. I hope you record it in full again soon.

Schumann damaged his third finger (I have to be mindful of my 4th's, since they have to compensate for short 5th's). Witchy Woman has nice tensions/releases (staccato-to-legato) and some artful natural dynamics, which is why it sticks in the head; also the band's timbre (total sound) (really 'sex appeal') works on you, which pop music focuses on (since it sells) rather than virtuosity or complexity (unless they are sexy, of course). 5:00 nice upright posture... (everyone should have five good postures)... 12:00 good that you take it seriously (that's half the battle)... 14:54 you could have the world's first Beer Concert there (after the Ginger and Lemon recital)...
