Lastly, do you ship the t-shirts yourself? If you don't have any of those machines and do not want to deal with shipping, I guess that is why people use print on demand companies for all of that.

You can use an Iron, but upgrade to a heat press (about $125) to go a lot faster. And the shipping is easy because you print the labels directly from TikTok Shop

I prefer the quality of direct to garment printing. It outlasts direct to film. I have t-shirts last several years. I go through a quality printer and I don't have to invest in equipment and materials. I take payment from my customers before I place the order with my supplier. I'm sorry you chose the wrong suppliers before. My base cost for a t-shirt is $8.39 plus $4.00 shipping. Yes my costs are a little more, but I have time to actually work on my business.

I am not a fan of DTF printing, it's all about DTG now, far superior print quality and does not fade or peel off with washes. Less complaints. If you dont have money for a DTG printer, start with POD, save up your profits and get a printer eventually.
