When my dad was working (he's 81 now, a retired vinyl siding contractor) and work was slow, he'd take us all out to eat at an expensive restaurant and he'd over tip. That method never failed him. Every time he'd do that, within 2 days he'd have a big job come in. He always told me "Money needs to move". So now when I feel my money becoming stuck or slowing down or a client is dragging their feet on paying me, I'll treat myself to an expensive meal and over tip.... within 2 days, money comes from somewhere whether it's a new client or the client who was dragging their feet OR an old client wanting to add to their service. Can't seem to win the damn lottery with that method though, LOL. Maybe I should stop cursing it out, lol

There is some level of truth to this, the more expensive your lifestyle the more your brain or the universe somehow finds a way to match your expensive lifestyle (give you more money). I personally experience this, but this also seems to be a dangerous idea. How will I save with that kind of habit though? Just spend on all expensive things and live extravagant lifestyle? Isn't there also some truth that we shouldn't spend above our means?

I levelled up big time 2 years ago when I started investing in real estate. I was almost sick with worry with my first purchase, thinking I had overpaid. I now have 11 units, $2 million in assets and get buildings under asking price. The only change I made was in my beliefs. Now I put my attention on what I want to happen, not on what I worry could happen.

So weird.. I hoard my money and I tried this for the past couple of days and it worked. My coworker gave me money to buy him an iced tea. I decided to start out small and I brought him back the iced tea with his money. I said to myself I can give up $2.50. Later that day, I got an email from a company saying they owed me $5.00 out of the blue. Didn’t expect that at all and still don’t really understand why I got it. I tried your method a couple more times with more money and it worked again. This is so crazy. You are taught all your life to save but I have been trying to be more generous and so far, I’ve seen the results of it coming back to me. I never hear this before, so I have to give you all the credit. Thanks!!

I live in Nepal where they don't have a tip culture. I just tell them I'm from the US and it's my culture. That helps them to understand and accept the gift. I also say, 'For tea' when I give a little for a delivery person. I love living in Nepal. Everyone is so friendly even when they don't speak English. Nepal is the biggest gift the Universe has given me so far. I am so grateful.

Waiting tables in Germany is a little bit different than in the US. You don't live off your tips as a waiter or waitress. The salary is in most cases high enough to pay your bills without the tips. Something between 5 and 10% is normal here. But it doesn't mean tips are not appreciated 😊

My partner is super generous, all young people in his life get a big envelope of cash at Christmas. He gifts my daughter as well as his own children, as they grow up and get partners he gifts the partners their own envelopes just the same. He is good at attracting money so that supports this theory.

Just watch out for 'lifestyle creep'. I've seen this happen to my son, making double the money he did a year ago but still has no money. Eating Wagyu burgers and getting door dash for your work lunches just eats it up. There is nothing like the feeling of having several months pay in the bank, and knowing that whatever emergency happens you can deal with it.

A tip for people who are struggling with money at the poverty or below poverty level and are wanting to get out of that - with giving to get and thinking they don't have anything to give or they can't afford to give - something I used to do was take the time to clip every coupon in the mailers that arrived weekly, add up how much money they were worth in savings, so that was how much I was giving - then take them to the store and leave them next to the items they were for so that other people could use them as little random acts of kindness or whatever... and I always saw immediate results with either saving that much money somewhere else in my day or getting unexpected gifts equal to the amount. Other ways to give when you might not have the dollars to spend are to give kindness, compliments, and offering help to others with small gestures. Possibly feeding birds or squirrels or other critters in nature. These are all forms of giving and expressing that you have abundance. Money is just one form of value that humans have created - the law of attraction doesn't understand what "money" is. When you give value, you get value back.
@veronikeung5388 Жыл бұрын
You have first to get rid of your fear of spending. If you spend in fear you are not going to attract more money. What you believe about money is what brings you more or less of it.

Excellent advice especially with the rule “spend your cash,” NOT credit. Buying quality items, high end items tend to be manufactured better and of better quality raw materials and quality control. Your bread 🍞 idea also applies. Bread from the bakery is more wholesome and has much fewer four and five syllable ingredients! Spending 💰 cash is like planting seeds.

Actually, it did happen. I started bodybuilding 4 years ago and have to have a diet. My shopping was always the same. After watching your videos I thought I go for more expensive food. The bill in the end was slightly higher but it did not feel that way. I also use a shop where you get a bonus card and some articles are reduced to match other shops and money gets deducted from the final bill so that I spend almost an equal amount with getting more. After watching your and Bob Proctor's videos I am starting to realize that I can manifest. Little things happen almost instantly. Big things like financial freedom do need a cleaning ot the mind. No feelings of guilt or fear of big money. But I am working on this. Thank you, Andrea, for your time and effort. You do make a difference in people's lives. 💌

One time, my husband and I went to car dears for a new car for me. I used to own a Mazda. After multiple test driving of some generic cars, none of them felt right or exciting to me. One day, my husband found a white Marcedez AMG and he encouraged me to test drive it. I have never thought of myself driving Mercedes. Soon as I sat in the car... red leather seat and the smell... I instantly thought "This is it. This is what I was looking for." It was love at first sight. We did some paper works, and anxiety started creeping in later on the day that I signed the paper like "How am I going to make monthly payments for this car??" But my excitement was much higher than anxiety. Then, miracle happened. A couple of weeks before my first car payment, my boss at work promoted me with much higher salary! This allowed me to start paying for my Mercedes! This is when I truly believed that LOA works.

In Greece tipping is not necessary. Tipping is something that you do towards a particular waitor that you feel grateful for. I ALWAYS tip a lot. Everywhere I go. Just like you, I have been in their place and that's why I give without expectations. It always comes back to me in some kind of way.

I would never spend money on a Rolex because an expensive watch doesn't serve any purpose to me. Having said that, it is a good idea to level up your spending. Also, it makes sense to pay for something that brings joy or purpose into your life. As Ramit Sethi said, after accounting for your daily expenses and savings/investments, spend lavishly on things that bring you joy and cut ruthlessly on those things that don't serve you. Also, there are certain times in your life to spend lavishly on experiences you want to have in your life and not wait until a certain retirement age or other milestone, as you may not be able to fully enjoy the experience due to health reasons or some other limitations. For example, it's a lot easier to hike through the mountains or through thd Grand Canyon when you're in your 20's or 30's than in your 60's as you may have bad knees or you get tired much more quickly at that age.

„It doesnt matter what you get in physical it matters how you react” How you react determines WHO you are being. You then get who you are BEING next(we never change the current moment but what is reflected next) Doing something logical mind considers (im paying = losing amout) and reacting to it „The more money is coming Im good” says to your subconsious that in the face of THAT you reacted THIS WAY which means You are a wealthy person. Then this reflects next into your experience. (You only react internaly) I thought someone will need this so there it is clarity Thank you Andrea for another amazing video.
