There are two Solutions. 1) Use contact Lenses 2) Use 2 Specs. One is rimless, very light weight with nosepad. And 2nd one is plastic frame ( also light weight). Use these 2 glasses alternate. On working time use rimless, outdoor use plastic frame. Because of this you will minimize the nose marks.

Which is better to use? Blue cut lens or Blue rays filter lens? Do I need to check the blue rays filter lens the same way you shared with the Blue cut lens? My age is above 20. Please help me regarding the same.

It's not only because of old nose pads, bt may b because of incorrect frames or tight spects frame..
