Eye exercises 10 times up down 10 times L-R 10 times Diagonal 10 times other diagonal 10 times clock wise 10 times anti clock wise Eye push-up Palming at end (Do in morning, after morning excercise) 2. Sun gazing Early Morning - 5min Palming at end 3. Khira(Cucumber) eyepack on eyes, to improve blood circulation 4. No screen after 9 PM (Only revise after it) 5. Dhratak Kriya - i.e focus on flame before sleeping End with Palming 6. Reduce use of specs 7. Cleanse Intestine - Improve diet Problem is with your habits, not with your eyes. It will heal, for sure.

Besides of watching 👀 the video of guide, we can write ✍ all the exercises on a paper 📃 and follow it. It will be easy. Because if we watch the gudie video it means that we use mobile 📱. So better is we can read and follow the exercises. ~THANK YOU ~

My eye power is right eye 4.5 &left eye 3.5 i wil start eye exercises ,sungazing,tratak &all after 30 days i checked my eye 0.5 reduced now my eye power is right eye 3 &left eye 4 & also reduce cylindrical power 0.25

From now 25 april I'm gonna follow the whole routine+ balance diet..So the very first step today I went for eye check up.. And it was -3. 25 in right eyes and -2.75 in left(spherical power) with -1.75 cylindrical power... Which is more by -1 from my last check up and the doctor said that you can't remove your glasses without surgery.. But i am still super positive about it.... Will update you guys after a month Wish me luck..🤞🤞

Summary for you :) 1. Eye exercise -jusy after morning exercise • (10 time up-down + 10 time left right + 10 time digonally + 10 time anti diagonally + 10 time clockwise rotate + 10 time anti clockwise rotate ) • eye push ups (10 times) + palming 2. Sun gazing gradually 1 to 5 min. max. + palming for 30 sec 3. eye packs for 15 mins. (patato, cucumber, loki) //time should morning after exercise or evening after work 4. no screen after 9 pm (every 30min. screen gaze --> 20 sec eye exercise ) 5. tratak kriya 7 min. before sleeping + palming bonus: try to stabilize intestines • use spectacle less and never use when exercising

Do it for 21 days.. 1) eye exercises 10 times up down 10 times left n right 10 times diagonally 10 times diagonally in opposite directions 10 times clockwise and anticlockwise each 2) eyepushups - move your thumb from nose to some distance with full Focus of the nail of thumb... Now fucus on the background for few moments.. then again focus of tip of thumb and bring back to nose.. repeat this process for 10 times atleast. 3) palming- rub hands and put hands on eyes to give rest to eyes.... Do this after eyepushup. 4) you can also do all these with KZbin 5) sungazing - watch sun like you watch tv... In starting you can do for 1 min and after that if you are used to it then do it for 5 mins... Do it while sunrise or sunset... After that do palming ie rub hands and cover eyes but don't touch or press eyes 6) cucumber eyepack - daily one time .. either morning after exercise or evenin. 7) no screen time after 9 pm and take breaks while using lapto. 8) tratak kriya - light a candle in darkened room and place it straight infront of your eyes... Straight your back .. and gaze at the tip of flame with specs... You can blink but try to not blink as much as you can... Tears will come out but no need to worry..so don't wipe , touch or rub your eyes... And then do palming.. do it all for 7 mins.. remember to switch off fan. 9) try to reduce use of spectacles 10) if intestine is clean then eyes are also... Satvik bhojan

It's my honest review Btw I have 15 mins break in b/w classes so i had repeated all these exercises in b/w this time ..... I had also follow their one more video on this channel (like sungaze, rubbing palm,ice pack, no phone from 9pm-9am etc) all this helps moreover I don't use my glasses to see distant objects..... I use them for taking classes😊🙏🙏🙏

people search for the results , so here I am for the results . Though I don't follow his all exercises , I follow his rotating one, I had doubts if it would backfire , but it did not . I oil my feet , put ghee in navel and anulom vilom for 15 mins in morning. From -6.25 l and -6.5 to -6 l and -6.25 in nearly 2 months I suppose. More I will tell after few days about my daughter's numbers

Here are the tips: 1. Eye Exercises- 1:42 (in the morning) 2. Sungazing- 4:21 (before one hour post sunrise or sunset) 3. Cucumber Eye Packs- 5:57 (one hour daily, after finishing work at evening) 4. No digital screen after 9 PM- 7:30 5. Tratak Kriya- 8:40 (everyday for 7 minutes at night) I followed a similar routine and reduced my number by -0.50D in both eyes. Try them, it works. Happy eyesight :)

I don't remember which video but Three yrs back I watch this type of video,I started doing the exercise regularly three yrs back it's so helpful,I wore glasses for so many yrs since I was 16 or 17 yrs but now nothing I see clearly even when reading but I still do the exercise if not regularly but anytime of the day when I'm free or resting time,I would request others also you can try it no harm but very helpful. 👍👍👍👍

Aighty starting this challenge today will update u guys daily 21 April Day 1 - DID eye exercises, palming . Also used cucumber pack , was not able to do tritak and sungazing . eyes became relaxed cool and ffresh after using the pack. Day 2 - just did eye exercise and palming ( will try to do all things) Day 3 - did eye exercise, palming , sungazing and stopped screentime after 9, couldn't do tritak kriya and use cucumber pack Day 4 - did eye exercise, palming , sungazing and used cucumber pack trying so hard to do tritak I saw a change in my eyesight, was able to read a text from 1.5m distance clearly and it was not temporary!!!
