Eye exercises 10 times up down 10 times L-R 10 times Diagonal 10 times other diagonal 10 times clock wise 10 times anti clock wise Eye push-up Palming at end (Do in morning, after morning excercise) 2. Sun gazing Early Morning - 5min Palming at end 3. Khira(Cucumber) eyepack on eyes, to improve blood circulation 4. No screen after 9 PM (Only revise after it) 5. Dhratak Kriya - i.e focus on flame before sleeping End with Palming 6. Reduce use of specs 7. Cleanse Intestine - Improve diet Problem is with your habits, not with your eyes. It will heal, for sure.

My eye was 6/12 in January 2024 and by doing this exercises and with the help of carrots,papaya and fish I reduced my defect to 6/6 and I passed my medical easly in july 2024 with in 6 months....infact a German doctor says it's impossible to reduce defect but with the God grace and with all these exercises and good diet I passed medical....thank you bro ❤

Thank you so much, my eyesight has really improved alot! I'm 11 years old and I noticed that my vision was getting blur. At first I ignored it but it was a problem at school because I couldn't even see from the 2nd bench. So I decided to start this. I also added sprouts, carrot etc to my diet. In a month, I could see from the last bench too! Anyone can do this, it really worked for me! Thank you!

Starting from today. My vision is -4.5 & - 3.5. I'll keep updating after 1 week. 1st week: Being an aspirant from a middle class family it is hard to not touch phone. My eyes were hurting on the first 3 days but it was fine on the 4th day. I marked some spots on the wall to trace my vision improvement. At the first day I couldn't see the mark even a little bit. All I could see was blurred wall but today I was atleast able to see the mark just slightly not much just slightly. Need to keep it up. I will keep updating about it. 2nd week: my eye Power became -4 and -3 . I'm taking proper diet too. Don't eat much junk food and beverage. It contains chemicals harmful to our body effecting our eyes too. Eat foods rich in vitamin A. 3rd week: My eye Power is currently -3 both sides. I'm seeing my result so fast 🤧. I'm so happy 4th week: I didn't do regularly so no change. I'm kinda busy doing assignments and online classes. I couldn't keep proper diet too. 5th week: no change (missed exercises for some days) 3th month: It's -2.75 both side currently

I don't remember which video but Three yrs back I watch this type of video,I started doing the exercise regularly three yrs back it's so helpful,I wore glasses for so many yrs since I was 16 or 17 yrs but now nothing I see clearly even when reading but I still do the exercise if not regularly but anytime of the day when I'm free or resting time,I would request others also you can try it no harm but very helpful. 👍👍👍👍

I am doing this since last 3 days and can already feel the difference, muscles of my right eye are weak and right eye tends to diverge in case when I am tired and over exposed my eyes to screen. I am a software developer and its impossible to stay away from laptop and by the evening I can feel muscle pain in my eyes and this divergence becomes more prominent. Since I started this routine from kast 3 days I can feel an immense difference, eyes feel more fresh and stronger and divergence is almost gone. I have seen a lot of doctors but nothing has helped me as such. Thank you sir, you are great literally saved my eyes and life. I will keep following this routine for the rest of my life. Thanks again

Day 2 I did the exercises , gazing at sun, cucumber pack. Gazing at the sun only in evening, it was my first time, I did it for approx 2minutes after that I started seeing a dot in my eyes for like 10 minutes. It was Bothering me, I thought I'm go blind 😅but it eventually goes away.

A recommendation from me to those who don't have spects but eyes are really stressed due to looking at screen -ask an eye doctor for blue light filter(blocking) glasses,... it will create a barrier between your eyes and screen and reflect the harmful rays from screen at an extent - avoid texting (charting) as ,uch as you could and shift to calls will help you to avoid screen and.... also the words spoken are much more expressive than the emojis. Hope this help you

After 2 yrs of corona snd heavily using mobile and laptop and tv also , i had online classes for around more than 8 hours 5hrs of school and 3 hrs of coaching , school was daily except sunday but coaching classes were 4 times a week and my number rose from -2.25 to -3.75 of both eyes and i m 15 yrs old and i didnt stop , after classes also i use to watch youtube or phone for hours 😓 and now i m going to put my level best efforts to atleast reduce to around 2.5 in 2 years so i may have a chance of going in nda 😢

Here are the tips: 1. Eye Exercises- 1:42 (in the morning) 2. Sungazing- 4:21 (before one hour post sunrise or sunset) 3. Cucumber Eye Packs- 5:57 (one hour daily, after finishing work at evening) 4. No digital screen after 9 PM- 7:30 5. Tratak Kriya- 8:40 (everyday for 7 minutes at night) I followed a similar routine and reduced my number by -0.50D in both eyes. Try them, it works. Happy eyesight :)

@Narinder Singh Active focus is the natural method. You just have to look at something without blinking that's it.It will become clear after some time. I did it by myself and it is effective. Watch myopia is mental channel.

Summary for you :) 1. Eye exercise -jusy after morning exercise • (10 time up-down + 10 time left right + 10 time digonally + 10 time anti diagonally + 10 time clockwise rotate + 10 time anti clockwise rotate ) • eye push ups (10 times) + palming 2. Sun gazing gradually 1 to 5 min. max. + palming for 30 sec 3. eye packs for 15 mins. (patato, cucumber, loki) //time should morning after exercise or evening after work 4. no screen after 9 pm (every 30min. screen gaze --> 20 sec eye exercise ) 5. tratak kriya 7 min. before sleeping + palming bonus: try to stabilize intestines • use spectacle less and never use when exercising

My eye power is right eye 4.5 &left eye 3.5 i wil start eye exercises ,sungazing,tratak &all after 30 days i checked my eye 0.5 reduced now my eye power is right eye 3 &left eye 4 & also reduce cylindrical power 0.25

Guys bcoz of online classes we lost our good eyes sight but lemme tell you follow these exercises once I start it so I saw the improvement at that time, but bcoz of my health issue I can't do it regularly but I am gonna start it again if you will do it regularly so you will see the difference, it is really a good excercises for eyes.
