After 2 hrs of lunch and dinner take laxmi sat isabgol two table spoon along with water. It helps to eliminate your constipation and makes your stool soft. Don't eat spices, chillies , reused oil , preserved foods ,sauces, non-veg and alcohol. Eat fresh and natural things like vegetables, fruits,salad, fresh cooked grains and pulses. Don't over drink water. Drink water when you feel thirsty and having enough space in your stomach to drink water. Over drinking leads to indigestion. Please reply if you feel better after using my tricks.
