Isotretinoin got rid of Sebaceous filaments but oiliness of my skin is still not gone.

I find your video really helpful.. Plz suggest I have only sebaceous filaments on my face and nothing else all my face is clear and only cheek areas feel dry some time .. Which exfoliatior is good for me ..

Is there a link between sebaceous filaments and rosacea? Mine started with SF around bridge of nose and on my temples plus extremely dry. 2 months later i developed a rash on my temples were it was originally dry. It then moved to my cheek with itchy papules with the odd pustule. I was then diagnosed with acne rosacea. I was given rozex 4 months 2x daily but im still having these itchy dry papules that come and go over the course of 72hrs on repeat. Any advice? Im at a loss what i can do. Thanks Dr.

Sebaceous filaments are not well studied (and common), so it is hard to know if they occur more often in those with rosacea. However, both are chronic conditions (no cure), and the treatments are very different for each problem.
