Nice video! Your tanks are always looking so clean and meticulous

Thank you! 😊 honestly, they gunk up just as fast as anyone else’s. I just put in a lot of effort…and swearing ;)

Great job. I also came full circle on the use of Chemiclean. I get an outbreak of cyano about every 9 to 12 months, run Chemiclean, solve the issue and never had any problems after the treatment. I do a heavy dose of Prodibio Biodigest after the treatment to safeguard my bio filter.

Yeah bud. Like you can bust your ass for several months, hate the tank or just knock it right off. I only regret not daring to take the plunge sooner. That would have saved me a lot of headache over the past two decades lol

First off your channel is awesome. I have learned so much from you. I am planning to up grade to a 6 foot tank and have always wanted to get an Achilles tang but do not want to put one in to small of an aquarium. I love the shorter profiles of the frag tanks by water box. They have the INFINIA 175.6 it is the perfect look that I want. I know the length is more important than the height however with the Achilles they are very unique in their care. Yours is gorgeous and I would love to follow in your foot steps. Could I make the Waterbox INFINIA 175.6 work?

Glad to hear that I’ve might have been of some help in your reefing journey. Regarding the Achilles I think that it should work. Both length and depth is relatively good. My lfs has an Achilles in one of their coral flats and it seems to do just fine. Just don’t get any other tangs from the same genus :)

@@viking_reefing I am planning on a purple tang, Tomini, and maybe a convict? I think that’s stock lost would work with the Achilles.

Ive heard from various people that a fish called "Miller blenny" really eats cyano. Seen them popping up in show more and more lately due to that :)

I’ve actually had one before as well as other fish people claim to consume cyano…never worked lol
