Carore pati aadmee ko aik ghareeb aadmi ka mukhtaj banaya gia hai 4 months wo tension mai rahaiga chahiay ta ke serf 1 month k notice k baad dierct judg owner ko full power daita s sai to behtar hai ke rent par property na dai kesi ko. Ch. Sahib Assalamo Alaikum. Mohtram I rented my Car Show Room to a person. After six months, when I visited the Premises, I found his friend is running the business. When I ask him about the original person, he told me that he is Sick. After the expiry of rent agreement, I ask him to vocate the premises, as I want to Construct a Building. He used lame excuses to delay the matter. When I press him, he get the STAY ORDER from rent Court, stating an Oral Agreement, which was totally Fraud. The Judge must listen both sides but without this, he gave him the Stay. I never rented the property to this person by Oral or a Registered agreement. As you explained I get the agreement registered jn concern Police Station, whereas how the Oral Agreement can be registered in any Government Department?? Now 19 months has passed, the fake person is not paying rent and using delaying tactics. It is mentioned in Holly Quran to write any matter with evidences but the Judge did not consider this teachings and Law is twisted as he likes. Can you advise me to come out of this False Net???
