Carore pati aadmee ko aik ghareeb aadmi ka mukhtaj banaya gia hai 4 months wo tension mai rahaiga chahiay ta ke serf 1 month k notice k baad dierct judg owner ko full power daita aur us din hee owner ko apna house melta. s sai to behtar hai ke rent par property na dai kesi ko. S liay aqal madi s mai hai ke khud ko tension sai bachai warna ye tension ada jesm ka jay ga aapka.😊

Is makan Malik ki to bohat respect hai n is par fraud ka shak bhi nai Kia jaa Sakta hai woh advance ki raqam Khai ga yaa monthly rent lekat mukar Jai ga. Han tenant par bohat zor dia hai ke Kisi bhi waqt woh fraud kar Sakta hai

Assalam o Alikum Ye sirf Pak mein Hain k ek pora rent agancy ko Diya Jaya JB dusre mamalik mein sirf rent Ka 2 ya dhai ( 2 .1/2 % ) dete Hain

The agent should obtain and provide the information both to landlord/Tenant or there should be a firm who can provide credit worthiness of such clients

There are no separate courts for rental cases, my tanent has not paid rent for the past four years and the case is pending in Karachi high court.

کرايہ داروں کے حقوق پر بھی کُچھ بتائيں؟ بہت سے مالک مکان اپنے کرايہ داروں کے حقوق کو پامال کرے رہتے ہيں اور اپنی پراپرٹی کی خامياں چھُپا ليتے ہيں اور پيسے ہر ماہ لينے آ جاتے ہيں۔

11 month agreement ka qanoon Kahan ha. Budget bhi 12 month k baad Ata ha. Aap agency agents ne Apne Business ki khatir hr 11 month k baad ki practice bana rakhi ha.

اپ نے رنگ روغن مینٹیننس کا نہیں بتایا ملک مکان یا مالک دکاندار کب کب مینٹیننس کر کے دے گا رنگ روغن کر کے دے گا یا یہ ذمہ داری بھی کرائے دار کی ہوتی ہے

سر اپ نے یہ نہیں بتایا کہ کرائے کا پرسنٹیج کس تناسب سے بڑھے گا کیا سر مطلب کہ اگر 10,000 کرایا ہے تو ہر سال 1,000 بڑھے گا دوسرے سال یہ 11,000 بن جائے گا کیا پھر 11,000 رز 10 پرسنٹ لگے گا یا وہی 10,000 پر 10% پڑے گا
