To walk in purity and protect the anointing, I will allow trusted friends in Christ to correct/rebuke me. I don't want pride to ever grow in my heart. I will also refrain from watching anything with a hint of impurity like movies that are ungodly. It's time to get this right and be serious about seeking Jesus. Bro concerning watching of movies or playinv video games, it actually depends on what kind of movies you watch or games you play. movies like: 1. Passion of Christ 2. Tom and jerry 3. Sonic the hedgehog There's absolutely NOTHING weong with watching them. Games like: 1. Sonic 2. Fifa 3. Pes 4. NBA 5. Super mario smash bros 6. PUBG 7. Call of duty mobile 8. Minimilitia. There's no bad scene or content in ANY of these games. They do NOT pollute the heart and are absolutely safe to play. I dont undertsand why people despise things like this when there's no sign of uncleanliness in any of them. I mean football is just football for God sake.

I still struggle with memories of past sins. Also trying to love everyone. I find myself judging others based upon their appearance, foul language, etc. I must immediately repent and pray for forgiveness and correction. I have been working with prayer to exercise self-control with rage, overspending, and humbling myself. I thank the Lord for helping me and I’ve noticed improvements. God is answering my prayers and your video sermons are helping me to seek God and the Holy Spirit throughout each day. While I still have no discernment, I pray for it. I’m learning how to crucify my human thoughts and move towards spiritual life. I still have a long way to go, but I feel that I’m finally on the right path after 60+ years of sins. Lots of baggage to unload. I’m still quite timid speaking about Good News, I believe it’s from my past aversion to people filled with the Spirit trying to reach me. I’d run away from them or debate God’s existence based upon science. I’d refer to them as Jesus Freaks. All my life I was enthralled by science because it was one thing that fulfilled my fragile ego. It wasn’t until I realized that God created science that I let God into my life. It was an epiphany. I was at long last awakened. Praise God! I had a one way ticket to the lower level, but now I surrender my life to God the Father, Christ Jesus the son and the Holy Spirit. I seem to identify with Saul (except I was never a Pharisee.) I was baptized at age 66, about 6 months ago. Hallelujah!

This is such a timely message that comes after I realized that I had been living with a compromise in my life that made me not obedient to God's word. I repented and asked the Holy Ghost to take over and help me with this area in my life and made an effort to spend more time in the Word and I feel so much more strengthened by his presence. The Holy Spirit never condemned me he just revealed to me how He saw me so beautiful and that was my turning point to saying no to compromise. Thank you, Jesus, for your patient love for me, and thank you Holy Spirit for enlightening my mind.

David, this is so true. There was a period of time in my life where I was in fornication, but still being used by God in dance ministry. One day I went to worship and I lifted up Holy hands, and it was like Holy Spirit was saying, you are not living Holy so do not lift up Holy hands like you are. 😳 Those hands went down so fast. But I Thank God for His Grace and Mercy. I repented, shortly there after, the Lord has forgiven me and the Lord has broken the ties and I’m restored in Jesus name. I thank God. I’m so grateful. This is a good message and reminder for everyone. Not just to those who are serving in the ministry but for every christian and every believer who desires to walk in the anointing and power of the Holy Spirit and wants to be used mightily by Him. And to answer the question, ever since I received the Holy Spirit in my life (just recently), got baptized and experienced His real power, I've learned to set boundaries and limits in my life, especially in the flesh, worldly desires, I've stopped watching movies, tv shows, and music that is not glorifying God, I'm in the process of total surrender. Everyday, I crucify my flesh, even though it's hard, and sometimes I still fail and stumble, but by the grace of the Holy Spirit in me, I am able to conquer and overcome it day by day, because He renews me everyday. And I'm all for living a consecrated lifestyle for the LORD.

Some Boundaries I have set and commit to for me are to Not be yoked with unbelievers, which is not only relationships but friendships and those that aren't in agreement with the word of God. Many times they become a doorway or threshold where the enemy gets a foothold through weaknesses of emotions and/or feelings. This was so apt for me at the right time. I had just done something unlawful against God dealing with lust and I had resisted the evil thought once and tried to sleep but then I suddenly woke again and the thought reappeared in my mind and then I did it.
