Hello i know your videos are mostly centered towards woman but i liked it as well. It’s true limiting beliefs could come from traumatic thoughts. Just have to rewrite your brain yo want more. I’m working on it myself. Also great books you shared I will check one of them out.

I am so upset that I'm just learning about you and your accounts.. I've been binge watching your videos everyday and this one stuck out to me.. because I have so much limiting beliefs... especially in my relationships... I always think that being vulnerable is being weak.. (eg. Crying and expressing my emotions) I got that from my mom if I'm gonna be honest and I see her do it all the time and say to myself that that's a strong woman but my now relationship made me realise alot about myself especially this trait... I wanna change all that, I need to change and I'm going to.. with your help ofc lol.. thank you so much. Love from Jamaica ❤️

On the mysterious question: Usually when people struggle with coming off as mysterious (and therefore seductive), they have the limiting belief (I call them limiting values, because some of what we believe is as deeply ingrained as a value, and the deepest of them all are our schemas) that if they don't reveal unsolicited information about themselves, people won't be drawn in. From birth we're told "if you don't pitch, they won't be sold,". But the best, top of the line, luxury commodities have an aire of mystery. Some don't even do commercial marketing. To be mysterious, you have to give off the vibe that you are exclusive, set apart from the noise. The advice in the video on how to be mysterious is perfect, exactly the tact you need to utilise. Ask and actively listen. Some will like to hear themselves talk, however the attention will come back to you if the person you're in conversation with is worth your attention. Do not be afraid of being "invisible" (

This is such a great video Alexis! Thank you!!! Thank you for sharing the three books as well! You mentioned trauma being stored in the body and hips. Can you do more videos about this please. You also mentioned environment. I feel me shifting environment will help. Can you change limiting beliefs even though you are surrounded by family who is toxic and continue to try to instill these limiting beliefs?
@awwlexis2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. And yes you can, it can be challenging but it is possible if you create a “bubble” to protect your energy. I’ll add this to my list of videos to make ♥️

Great video thanks Alexis. I'd like to add a bit more about limiting beliefs that's important. You must prove your limiting beliefs false and spend time deliberating how it is false to truly overcome it. Just asking the question where did this belief come from, or who told me, is a great stepping stone but not enough to remove it all together.

Black Americans / African Americans typically cannot swim because during the 50s/60s racist would put acid in black community pools causing fatal burns and death and therefore we stopped swimming and using public pools

"fear of abandonment makes you believe that all good things come to an end" EVERY things come to an end, the "good" as the "bad" so, is this statement true ? With which believe can we change it then ?
