Why is no one talking about book called “The Art of Seductive Power by Juliet Arden”? Just look at that energy, it's exactly what she embodies!

1. Fake it til you make it. Manufacture your looks. Decide who you wanna be. 2. Have an opinion. Decide. Rely on yourself. 3. Stop negative self-talk. Use affirmations. 4. Curate what you look at & who you follow. 5. Show up for yourself & your goals daily in a small way. 6. Embrace authenticity & vulnerability. Don't be afraid to be different. 7. Life's a play. You're free to choose the role you wanna play. You can try on different roles. 8. Be true to yourself. Expand your muscle of ideas. Create & voice your opinion. Learn to be wrong & change your opinion with ease. 9. Lean into your strengths. 10. Invest in yourself. People emulate how you treat yourself. 11. Do good for those around you. Very informative video! Thank you so much!!! I made this list to help my future self who wants to go back to this video... And to do #11 too 😊😁

I am LOVING that so many of us women are realising that femininity is our strength, not our weakness. The idea that being ourselves and experiencing life slowly and calmly is disempowering has done us so much harm. I love being on this journey with all you ladies. May we all be happier, healthier, and more at peace 🙏

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

I love the idea of “building the muscle of being your best friend”. I have a track record of beating myself up after mistakes but it’s so unproductive. I like the simplicity of what you said with decisions: “Got it wrong? No problem. Decide again.” Your videos are such great wake up calls😊

I've been listening to you for weeks. I write solely to thank you for your time, energy, wisdom, and shared experiences. You say that it is preferable to choose role models that resemble us physically and those we admire and try to be like mentally. Of course you are one of these for me! I am a Doctor by profession but throughout my youth I dedicated myself to literature and theater, my true essence. I am fascinated by how people work and I deeply appreciate listening to your videos while I walk. If you truly get to read that, I wish you with all my heart that you are enjoying the present moment with your newly expanded family! with love, Orsi❤

You’ve changed my perception of how I can live out the second half of my life. It’s about deciding who we want to be and working towards that person. I’m so grateful for these videos. And as for not yet being an older woman, I’m nearly 44 and I can tell you when you’re loving yourself internally, men still respond and want to get close.

honestly, your videos have had an IMMENSE impact on me and my life, and I just wanna say thank you. I used to hate being feminine since I perceived femininity as weakness and endless vulnerability. Unfortunately, such a perception mingled with an internalized homophobia (I’m a lesbian and I was born and raised in a very conservative town in Ukraine) and, as a result, sucked me into a trans-cult, and at the age of 20 I started transitioning to male and taking testosterone. As time went on, I felt worse and worse, but I couldn’t understand why. Thanks to my therapist, I managed to figure everything out and started detransitioning. Your videos have always inspired me to keep on keeping on, and I can finally say that feminine energy is the most empowering thing in every woman’s life.

Yasss 🙌🏻 The world is so messed up now days, women who were gifted with amazing skills to be norturing and caring got manipulated by being the opposite and they’re trying to create “empowered women “and “weak men”. There’s nothing wrong with empowered but we all know that now days that goes beyond the limit. Leaving only a few women that wants to be feminine so your comment made my day. I’m glad you realized that. God bless you 🤍

Your content popped up on my TikTok during covid and you and a few others are the reason I left my narcissistic ex of 10 years. I saw the signs. I realized I disliked the person I became and I slowly changed. I'm now single for 2 and a half years. I've lost 60 lbs just changing the way I eat. I'm sleeping now! I couldn't with my ex , my fight-and-fight mode was on 24/7. I am glowing and work on myself every day.

Margarita Oh Margarita! First of all congratulations on the new baby! second, I used to watch your videos here and there but this one hit home. I have noticed that my relationship is struggling and I realised the biggest reason for that AND my crippling anxiety is my low self esteem. I grew up being called fat and ugly and have a mom who has always sacrificed for everyone. Also, the fact that my parents never liked each other. Whatever the reason maybe, I have decided it is on me to change what the aspect of me I don't want to have anymore. I have been reading a lot and working on myself. This video helped me tremendously and I cannot thank you enough. I hope you are rest well and enjoying motherhood!

My mom has unfortunately never taken time for herself or done anything to "treat" herself. It was very hard for me to learn how to do things for myself without feeling guilty or like I was wasting money. Now I get my hair professionally done regularly, get a monthly massage, have an extensive skin care and shower routine, and just all around invest in myself, and I think it's reflected in my confidence. My mom just went to a hair salon for the first time at age 68 this year and it took so much convincing from me. I feel for the women in the previous generation who had to rely on men and expected to do everything for the children. For some of them, it will never feel normal to treat themselves how they deserve to be treated.

I just started the video, but I resonated so much when he spoke about always identifying as average or being told or treated like you were average it isn’t until recently, that I found out I was not ugly or I should say that I felt that I was not. And it’s just mind-boggling the way we perceive ourselves, because looking at you I can’t imagine you ever thinking you were not absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for the work you continue to put in the lessons you continue to give us. I’m gonna go finish the video. ❤❤

I generally don’t listen to self worth and feminine energy videos but you…ma’am you have brought unimaginable changes in me. I dated a toxic guy and it turned me into this sloppy careless dirty person. Thankfully after listening to you I started showing up for myself like I used to before meeting that toxic guy. And I already feel better…lethargy comes back at times but I push myself to clean up, doll up and take care of myself anyway. And you are so true about affirmations. I started acting like how’d I look and behave if I become my best version. And I started doing it….you’ve brought such a big change in my mindset. Thankyou ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Also congratulations and a very happy and prosperous new year to you.

Dear Margarita, You have the same name as my older sister who is very special to me. I want to thank you for the clarity of frankness of your videos. I am in my 50's and still consider myself that I have chances in life, though some people consider the 50's as 'old'. I have been married for 25 years with someone who never really saw me as his priority and unfortunately I allowed it. I am in the process of rebuilding my self esteem and the essence of me before marrying: playful, joyful, thriving, resilient. I moved from Latin America to Europe for him and I grew professionally, with ups and downs. However, always unhappy in this marriage, he always had something more important going on, and he talked always about himself all along... Now, I have detached from him and having separate lives but still under the same roof, because of the financial issue. However, all the steps recuperating self esteem are good to move towards a better state.

Thank you so much, you are keeping me sane and focused !!! My mother was the one that never spent money on her self and your right she has always made me feel guilty about everything, including existing. I have had to tell myself I am not a burden and that I have a place in this Universe too. I have a strong spirit but lack the self worth. So I have been able to put up with extreme abuse. I want a better life, I am a survivor of domestic violence and abuse. I love myself but why I put up with the stuff I put up with is truly something I am working on. I am bright and nice and kind and I truly do love so many things! I just don’t know why I let people walk all over me. I am choosing to be better for myself and for my daughters! Thank you for helping me with this ! ❤

Great video. Lot to learn. I’m stuck between Fake it till make it and Being vulnerable and authentic. It seems like they cross out each other.

"it's OK to be embarassng, cringe" :) Amen. . . everything is OK... That radical acceptance, and unconditional self love/ self parenting are magical healing! so good too what you said about when others see me take care of myself... It encourages others to take care of themselves too.

Hi Margarita! You have no idea how much your channel has started impacting my life. I only discovered it a month ago but I see myself coming back to watch and rewatch videos almost every day. There’s something about your delivery that gets the point across LOL. I honestly just wanted to thank you and the universe for coming into my life when you did because lord knows it was a low low point. But hey, if there’s anything I know now, it is that I’m a lucky person and I deserve so many things coming my way. I have done far too much in the past and given out so much desperate energy, so now is my time to embody more of a feminine approach and trust in myself and the universe that good things are coming my way. Many congrats on your little baby btw!

Happy new year and my best wishes to you and your loved ones! ❤ 22:18. tbh I've always been different and stood up when something didn't feel right. through the years I've learned (read forced) to keep my mouth shut and not disturb the general flow of things. this went on up until 3 years ago. (I'm now 27) when I met my now husband I was able to be myself with him but to the outside world I was the good girl who knew to keep her mouth shut. We got married, then Covid hit and I became an introvert. 3 years ago we moved to the suburb far away from any family, which made it easier to just be. for the past 2 months I've been implementing Margarita's tips into my life and I can proudly say I'm back to my old self, I'm confident and speak my mind, got a supportive husband and I realize how truly blessed and happy you can be once you become yourself. Thank you Margarita! Bless you, you're amazing!

Love this! Especially about the school system and leaning in towards what interest you. Also I’m a single mom of 2 and I make it to the gym almost everyday. No matter what letting my kids know how important it is for me time and to take care of your body. Congratulations on you new baby! You are anything but ordinary. Simply gorgeous is what you are.

The answer to self worth has always been the same, self respect. Just treat others the way you would like you to be treated and you don't have to feel bad. Nothing is, ultimately, someone else's fault, they also have lived life and not been respected. Everything you do in life leaves a mark, Make your mark but don't let it be a big fat X . The more marks you make, the more you will be remembered, whether for good or bad.
