I would say to just be honest and say your not comfortable with scanning your ID. I've never tried this but I don't think they would be they strict. I recently asked them to change my username for free because it had my last name and they let me change it

Messaging Roblox that i couldnt get vc when i did the verification or etc. roblox will ask you to send proof, so there is no reason to be messaging then when you dont have any proof, just wait 3, 6 years when you have an id, its not that bad
