Im take a guess that Fluttermane will dominate yet again. Immune to dragon attacks and extreme speed, and only hit by the flying type attacks which Hurricane is a special atk and Fluttermane has insane SpDef.

It's 5 star raid, you can roll it with just about anything if it's max level and EV trained. I used a Zacian with no healing just because it happened to be in my party.

I used Zacian for this and it was ridiculously easy. The type matchup made it impossible to die. Earthquake was the only issue but if you get Tera Fairy early it should be smooth Used Swords Dance, Play Rough and Behemoth Blade. Heal with heal cheers and you should be fine (I had bad heal cheer luck and had a late Tera and was still fine)

I used Azumarill to beat it as well, but I used Mud Slap once it's shield went up and didn't bother with the second Belly Drum. You could probably use any attacking move to build up tera charge after it's shield goes up, but I thought the accuracy drop might help more than moves that affected other stats... the lower damaged compared to Play Rough also meant it didn't reset it's stat's until after I terastallized, so if it gets hit with any defense reduction before that it will take more damage from the first tera boosted Play Rough. I didn't bother with the second Belly Drum after the stats reset because the health loss seemed like too much of a risk at that point, and once I terastallized it only took I think 3-4 more hits from Play Rough to beat it.

It took me quite a few efforts to get it but I eventually got Rayquaza & also I don’t know if it’s random but I got a Palafin from doing the online raids before my last attempt. So if you’re like me that doesn’t have friends to connect with haha. I’d highly recommend keeping an eye out for it, it’s suppose to be rare to appear in raids from the sources I’ve seen. I found using the flutter mane build that you did I think last year is really good for it too, slow yes, and you do have to watch out for earthquake but it’s really solid. I named mine Quaza, and caught it in a level ball.

I used Sylveon with a solo raid and to make it stronger with L rare candies. That Earthquake moves and Hurricane moves was too ridiculous critical damage. I used Tera Fairy should help to capture Rayquaza. I used Moonblast, Calm Mind and Draining Kiss. It should be useful to used a healing moves and buff stats moves with super effective. And I did it first try.

My recommendation, Azumarill max HP and max attack holding the item shell bell with just belly drum and Play Rough, try to get yourself an Arbolivia and any intimidate user (try to have Arcanine so the Rayquaza keeps using earthquake to knock out Arcanine faster so it gets more intimidates) was the easiest raid ever

Arbolivia helps with the first and second set up you need to do with the belly drum, because it sets grassy terrain

Had to try twice. Second time because, while appearance wise, catching it in the Beast Ball made sense, I felt the Park Ball was the better option, due to how few I had by comparison. For reference, I've now 2 Park Balls, but 6 Beast Balls. Scored a nice number of Herba Mystica battling several online battles

Easiest raid I’ve ever done. Zacian snarl 3 times, Tera fairy. Play rough twice or until he does that stat reset. Then sword dance 3 times and heal once. Then send it with play rough. Adamant HP Att, happy holidays!

I just beat Rayquaza with Tinkaton, was worried for a second but then pulled through. I threw a Luxury ball cause it fits so well. I do hope they do more shiny legendary tera raids so that way they make up for shiny locking the roaming ones you get in the DLC. -_-' Though I doubt it, since I'm sure this raid was just a marketing ploy for Pokemon: The Horizons anime. I called mine Ozone.

I would have considered flutter mane as a ghost/fairy it would only be damaged by an earthquake, hurricane, or dragon ascent. and instead of a shell bell, give it calm mind and draining kiss, to recover HP and use an item like an air balloon to avoid earthquakes or something for secondary effects, and obviously, tera fairy is the way to go.

flutter mane with an air balloon could be good with moonblast and misty terrain (if doing solo) or even a mimikyu with air balloon swords dance and play rough could beat this without many issues especially if said mimikyu in immune to all moves until hurricane is used and even then with how inaccurate the move is its still a cinch. I like using unusual pokemon and so this raid is the perfect time for me to build my best mimikyu!
