The Minister of Immigration Hon Erica Stanford has tighten Immigration settings level 4 & 5 jobs because many working visa migrants could be exploited as their English skills spoken and Written were poor. Some workers have been employed by their own nationals that have Permanent Residency or Citizenship. These Employers have not given migrant workers 30 hours + of employment a week or the correct rate of pay, Some Accredited Employers have now lost the right to hire from overseas and have criminal charges against them or are being investigated.

I really appreciate the serious issue raised by you here! As immigration minister is concerned about their safety and security, similarly genuine immigrants are also worried about being fooled/cheated in overseas. Could you please let me know what is the right and legal way to shift in New Zealand?

@@ashokdaksh007 Google Immigration New Zealand and the website will have alll the requirements. You will find the Green List. This is the list of positions available and the Accredited Employers that can hire workers from overseas. There is now an economic recession in New Zealand so Accredited Employers are being very selective in hiring overseas workers. It is now evident that those that are being hired are from the professional careers in Medical, Engineering etc. The lower level jobs are being reviewed and Accredited Employers have to do more screening of available New Zealand workers. This is now a requirement from Immigration New Zealand. The most successful candidates are from the U.K, Canada, USA and South Africa, Singapore, South Korea. and the Philippines . Candidates from India and The Peoples Republic of China are also coming to NZ but their visas can take longer to aquire. Plus their qualifications can take longer to verify. The cost of living in NZ is very high. Many working migrants make the huge mistake of having taken out loans in their home countries to finance their move to work in NZ and cannot repay them because of their unrealistic expectations of the cost of living in NZ. Especially those at level 4 and 5 Accredited Employers Work Visa.

​@@ashokdaksh007find a Immigration advisor with a solid reputation. Don't know if some New Zealand based advisors could help you. Since they are licensed by New Zealand Immigration Ministry. So they know all the requirements. Some NZ advisors are on You Tube. You have to be registered by the Ministry of Immigration to do this work. Many migrants are fooled by Advisors in their Home countries and pay too much for the documents. However the NZ Immigration Advisors are expensive because of the exchange rate for the New Zealand dollars. Success can depend on what you do for work and where you have been educated.

Family usually means person seeking Accredited Employers Work Visa, their partner and children. You would need to establish yourself in New Zealand and work in employment that could lead to Residency. Residency is not always given. If gaining Residency then you could sponsor your siblings. You have to earn a huge salary to sponsor your mother, plus she would have to be in good health. This will take years to do.
