Great video! I just paid my yearly subscription last Oct. how do I update without having to pay again?

I believe they will refund the difference. But I still believe you need to pay again. Technically you won’t lose any money anyways since they will honor the remaining time on your subscription technically. Just go through the process and see what that would look like for you, it always depends on taxes and such as well. Totally worth it.

By chance can you clarify your findings? I'm wondering if there is a catch there not telling us. After upgrading, will they charge us more the next year to continue with the subscription? I already pay $14.99 a month for the state bundle. I would think they would just add the SSL plugins to the account automatically during this merger unless there was a catch. Like maybe by accepting the upgrade we change the agreement which then allows them to legally charge us more the next time we want to continue. That's why I'm hesitating. I'm not seeing them clarify this anywhere and it seems a little sketchy. I really hope I'm wrong though about this. I just wish they would be more clear about it.

yeah im a little lost, if im already an all access subscriber, do i have to pay again to start over with the new additions? i didnt see anyway to upgrade without paying again and i havent even gotten my first 6 months yet with slate digi

Highly unlikely from Slate Digital. I don’t believe they will change the pricing. Again, I’ve been a Slate subscriber for years, if anything they have special deals for new people at $9.99 for the All Access Pass. Again, we are talking about Slate here, not Waves. If this was Waves I would tell you to go ahead and cancel because this is too good to be true. But coming from Slate? Nah. Doubt it. Audiotonix, which is the mother company is obviously being competitive. They don’t have to do this at all. SSL sells pretty well, and Slate as well. I really believe they are just creating a solid and extremely loyal customer base.

We will have to see. Apparently this is more like a loyalty offer tbh. Feels like they’re rewarding loyal subscribers. Not sure what deals they will have for non-subscribers but this will definitely be a good contender in the future.

It’s free with your Slate subscription. It used to be a different subscription. So, technically speaking it’s added for free. Also, you’re paying exactly the same as before. So yeah, that’s pretty much free on my book.
