I also noticed that you and kneesovertoes guy both agree on lengthening equals stregthening which is true but the majority of fitness and coaches out there aren’t teaching that which is sad. I appreciate all these videos it’s helping me get out pain and stronger thankyou

Just throwing this out there……I would think tricep contraction at the lengthening of the bicep would help the elbow, plus tricep work.

It's no surprise. You always wanna skip those exercises that feel the most annoying, you come up with excuses why you don't have to do them "there's not a lot of weight, it doesn't do much, I can't do it well and properly, I already trained legs/upper body yesterday and I'm sore" etc. While the truth is that it's so uncomfortable because it's exactly what you should be training, you're weak there and should train it, it's the important part you shouldn't be skipping.
