I've always admired watching the bodies and the graceful movement of ballerinas but I never really gave a thought to how much work was required to look like that

I did this in ballet in ninth grade. It’s a great reminder. These are strengthening exercises. Ballet requires a lot of strength.

IF One PRACTICES Ballet, that Stretchability + Tone helps AGAINST Injuries and Stress. But ALSO, I think that IF Male Sport Athletes PRACTICED Ballet, They'd be more FLUID. FLUIDITY is IMPORTANT for MANEUVERING against an Opponent as is the PRAISED Male GIFT of BRUTE Strength for POUNDING an Opponent.

​​@@balletwithisabellaHi Isabella, thank you for your videos, I do enjoy them; Do you have a home remedy that you could share for sore muscles from ballet; especially this one which I think is called the "PSOAS muscle; (in front of the hip, top of leg, "Hip flexer "; did your ballet teachers advised what helped when soreness of this muscle? Hellloo! Thé exercices with straight legs are more mobilising tight muscles for me. Is it normal? I am not able to focus on hip (that is my weak point, because tights are there ahah)

As a ballet dancer, I want to find street shoes that meet my needs for arch support and heel cushion, to last a day long, as I have two jobs as well. I thought you might have found a street shoe you like to wear out and about or traveling.
