Great movie but I miss one thing. As I'm picking the lowest parallettes I don't know if parallettes should be longer than shorter? Imho longer (around 50cm) will only take more space than around 30 cm but maybe there is a reason for using longer ones? More stable or something else?

Basically im moving in a month, and can therefore no longer use my pull-up/dip bar since im moving in an apartment, so I've been thinking of getting some medium parallettes and gymnastic rings to use as my workout equipment. Is there anything i might be missing, when it comes to exercises i can or cannot do with this setup? Or is there other equipment you would recommend over this combination?
@TheJackedVegan2 жыл бұрын
I’d say this combination of rings and medium high parallettes will work really well, you’ll be able to do the majority of exercises on them especially with the rings

Uhm, weight increases friction, I don't think you should say floors are inconsistent, pressure increases friction, I'm looking into these for climbing, I don't think the floor or carpet would be difficult to grab, Also, if you are slipping, it increases intensity, This is why in gymnastics rings are so great, and difficult. I just wanted to say this, I think that one reason was loaded, the floor is too slippery, cmon man lol
