Im a semi casual player, mostly becsuse my work and being a dad doesnt allow me to play hours at a time everyday of the week, but let me say that everytime i get a chance to play, my appreciation for D2 always goes up. I watch a lot of content creators and appreciate their videos, but then i always see comments like this game is dead or is dying. I can honestly say that i don't feel that way.

It is understandable when life tends to overtake your hobby. I am a semi casual player myself mainly due to the work schedule. The "this game is dead" or "this game is dying" or "this game isn't fun anymore" come from people that have just played it to no end and have gotten everything they can and they've ripped through all in game content and are bored with it. The other type of person these comments could come from would be stubborn solo players who refuse to use lfg methods or don't own all the content. I am partly one of these people lol. I dont own final shape and im not super good with raid and dungeon mechanics and i dont have most "required" weapons due to the casual play.

It is though. Witchqueen sold worse than Beyond Light, Final Shape sold worse than Lightfall, their worst performing expansion until Final Shape. And players are moving on at faster rates than ever before. They need to pull a miracle or the game *will* die. That's an unavoidable fact

@@The_Ragequit_Cannon The game's gonna die, but they'll be beating this dead horse for a little while longer. I'm not saying I disagree in any way. Lightfall was a trash expansion. I didn't pick it up till it was dirt cheap on steam. Plus being able to cheese calus at the end of it is laughable. Players will move on, although I'm sure a small percentage will stick it out till the very end.

Playing less due to similar commitments and have not touched a raid for the past 5 years. I still remember pausing a raid team on Day 1 Crota's End to change my baby's diaper . She's now 11 and I'm still playing. 😂 It's no less fun now and had a good run and may it continue. I'll likely play till the servers or I kick the bucket, whichever comes first.

The Dark Decider from Ironbanner rolls with Well Rounded, Dynamic Sway, subsistence, and offhand strike in the 3rd column, and Range Finder, Gutshot Straight, dragon fly, and Voltshot in the 4th column. The origin trait Viest Stinger also works great.

Drops on the 1st encounter 90% of the time. Can drop from the hidden chest in the wasteland, Also drops if you finish the dungeon. Dungeon itself isn't hard.

have over 40,000 kills on my sweet sorrow and not what one would expect for perk combo, but i have used it for both pve and pvp with enhanced demolitionist and perpetual motion because it suites my play style. i dont use it on any specific sub class, i just use it when i have to beam allot of enemies or laser beam guardians and land tank has came in clutch so many times that it is the main reason i use the gun.the seasonal mods coming up are going to be cracked and since the gun already smacks, im sure the carnage is going to be entertaining to say the least.i do have a prosecutor but never vibed with that one enough to want to farm a good roll.not sure if you can even get sweet sorrow anymore?

Farmed The Prosecutor and got two rolls with Dragonfly + Frenzy in like an hour and a half when it was the rotation dungeon, just went with 1 friend, saved checkpoint, easy 3-5 minute kills in-and-out.

Finally, we get another weapon that can stun overloads. I am not really a fan of hand cannons, as they needed a pretty long time to activate their ability, except it is a hand cannon like Warden’s Law, and the overload champions always teleport away. No offence to anyone who likes to play hand cannons against overload champions though. I just am not skilled enough to play them haha.

I’m a veteran player but took a break at the start of witchqueen and let me tell you taking a break is the best thing you can do for the longevity of your love for this game. I came back with 3 DLC’s worth of content to catch up on and sure I missed the seasonal BS but do I really care? No because it’s a game and I read the description of the items I was buying before I bought them so I had no poor judgment. If you’re finding the game boring and monotonous now just give it a month, come back once they drop the rest of the episodes content or just wait till they drop the entirety of next season

been doing last wish free chests farm for months getting patterns, got the rocket and bow finally, still trying to finish age old bond (only 2/5 so far) might end up having to use my damn harmonizers to get it done. Im trying to get one of each weapon type for my void builds, already have a title and a recluse with repulsor/volatile but they feel a little weak against tougher targets and they reload too often sometimes. Been farming onslaught to the point of losing interest in playing the game, with Elsie's Rifle focused and still no luck, Ive gotten 20+ drops with one perk or the other...

Been farming for some time for a good Prosecutor roll with Voltshot and only one I've gotten in these 2 days of farming so far was a Discord + Voltshot roll :/ Then after some playing around I found that purely for Voltshot I enjoyed my Surplus + Voltshot Shadow Price more as the only reload helping perk Prosecutor can get is Keep Away, which is something I likely am not going to easily farm for. Thankfully I've had a Dragonfly + Target Lock roll that I've used for a chunk of that season when those weapons got reprised and that might go harder than a Voltshot roll anyways with the artifact mod.
