Great Job Randy! It's a nice little bike, but I totally agree on the throttle. The rear shock is really nice I added about 100psi in the rear shock was just right for me at 220lbs.

Wow. I’m surprised they don’t have an unlock process for the max throttle speed for this version. I have the earlier model and was able to unlock to get the max speed with the throttle.

Maybe they do, but I couldn't figure out how to unlock and the instructions were not in the manual.

I'm not sure if there's something I need to do in the settings but mine ghost pedals I can't really do anything with the pedals. Any suggestion as to what the various settings should be at?

At 28mph, most emopeds will ghost pedal. You could upgrade the front chain ring or change the gear ratio on the back. The chain ring would be the easiest mod.
