Everything about Coach Hegamin exudes the NFL. Looks it, speaks it and has lived it. Impressive.

Love the way he kept responding “we” although he wasn’t on the staff last year. You can tell he is “all in” for making sure these young men on the team succeed in LIFE and not just football ❤

I noticed that as well. Team player characteristic!

Welcome Coach Hegamin. Life Planning and more importantly, Life Coaching is essential for our success. Everyone is not going to make the NFL; but, each young man deserves an opportunity to become successful professionals in life. Blessings

its interesting to see what kind of blueprint works for athletes.... You dont want to give what's left of yourself, instead you want to maximize what's in your cup so you are able to give and grow more.

Man… who stole a coat from him? I was looking at him @0:42 and I thought wow that’s a Big Guy.

One thing Shedeur MUST improve upon is his RPO action. When he hands the ball off in practice, he just stands there like a spectator instead of running away from the RB looking for a open receiver to freeze the defense. If you look at Ryan Staub's reps, his RPO action is performed correctly because he looks for receivers after handing the ball off. I have no idea why #2 is allowed to lazily hand the ball off without selling the RPO action.

Good observation, I hope they pick up on that!

@@THE-BASEMENT sheduer is the greatest college QB of all time. He was personally trained by Tom Brady. He eats lightning and craps thunder.

Sir you a clown #2 holds the ball to long that’s why he gets sacked so many times. His completion % his why he never throws his the ball away can’t put all of last season on the O-line and Receivers
