I love he showed him his own footage to critique HIMSELF in a laid back atmosphere. Then he showed him what he wants to change to make him better....ding ding ding....the player has bought into the program and he's hungry to get better and he ain't even on the field. One thing about anyone associated with Coach Prime they understand they have to be on top of their responsibility he expects excellence from himself, staff, and the players. Coach Prime is not for the weak he knows what it takes to be successful and how to be a winner. He has not only played at the highest echelon of 2 sports he dominated. These young men need to grasp and hold on to all of this wisdom and knowledge they are receiving they can carry it with them long after football !!!!!!

​@@elpllc7541 yea Barry Sanders would have shook and baked that guy the Kentucky back said he felt pressured by. Sometimes there are things you cant teach with running backs. They teaching a lot of the backs to run straight up instead of getting them to be fluid and learn how to juke dudes you feel pressured by. There is a skill to that like if you feel pressured by a linebacker zooming in on you go against his momentum. Barry Sanders and Marshawn Lynch were very good at that... its like attacking your attacker.

Plus switching the ball to the other hand. Taught my kids, 2 running back and a QB how to do it beginning with my oldest in the 4th grade. In the Georgia/TCU game runner fumbled because he had the ball on the inside arm closest to the defender. Don't know why elite player do not practice the art both college and pros.

This is underrated, most times you just have their resume to evaluate. These videos show these black coaches as leaders of men, and how they relate to the student athletes. This is great insight but also will help the movement to get more black men in head coaching positions

Eric Bienemy, Rashaan Salaam we're the best. But many great backs from CU such as Cullen Bryant (who played DB and many years as RB with LA Rams), Lamont Warren ( played maybe a decade in the NFL), JJ Flanagan, Chris Brown, etc

When I ran i use to give a juke on the first defender and try to get below his off side shoulder to get a full extension with my legs to blast through him, some times it worked sometimes it didn't but I've seen other back's use it where it worked most of the time, backs like Earl Campbell, Barry Sanders, sweetness I only mentioned this because I wonder if coaches teach the mechanics of shedding tackle's today.
