Food! This was by far one of my favorite videos Neely. You've done it again. Chef Solomon is the MAN in the culinary world. Seems as though he can do it all. And that's what Coach Prime and his staff are creating --- a well oiled machine (a.k.a. a powerhouse football team) that is, individually, in top physical condition and is corporately proficient in all phases of the game. I've been waiting on chef's highlight cause Chef been doin his thang! You know the food is good cause his spirit and the joy/passion he has for cooking and pleasing the players, staff and students says it all. Idk what that CU budget is like, but Chef definitely gives a $$$ restaurant experience. Now, the day I see a southern spread w/smothered chicken, rice & gravy, baked macaroni & cheese, dressing, sweet potatoes, greens, etc., is the day I'm checkin in!

The staff is exceptional and really would love to see them get more praise. They are a very important part to the building of the football team. Not to mention they have a nutritionist like most, if not all, D1 college programs have. Personally, I like what I see them eating. But yes, I know that in the west, particularly California, they are very health-conscious. I'd hope these athletes aren't only loading their plates up with greasy foods.
