Q: What duties does your job position entail?
As the southeast regional manager at Tsurumi America, I feel proud to have served here for five years. My role involves catering to all markets, including sewage, wastewater, steel mills, and so on. I have extensive experience in applications, crossovers, and problem-solving, and I’m confident in handling any challenges that come my way. Whether you are pumping mill scale or wastewater debris, I’ve done it before! I can effectively lead and guide our distributors with my expertise in the field.
Q: What does a good customer experience mean to you?
As part of my job, I am responsible for teaching and training our distributors, regardless of their experience level - whether they've just joined or have been with us for two decades. Most of our distributors don’t seem to have extensive field experience with submersibles, which is where I come in to assist them and answer any questions they may have.
Q: Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy being outside - working in the yard, cutting the grass and enjoying the sunshine in sunny Florida. It’s been a great experience in the Sunshine State since moving from Illinois. I couldn’t stand the cold weather anymore!
